At the half, the Jags are up on Oakland by four, 24-20. It's discouraging because they were up by 10! Oakland is a tough team to play because they seem to drag you into an alley fight. Oh sure, you can play your game for awhile and build a lead. But eventually, you get dragged down into their game and they claw back in. They are no fun to play against.
Bill Van Senus has been a high point, so far. He's made a difference.
Here's the stat of the first half: 18.2% three-point shooting for the Jags.
Not good.
That's got to get better!
